For one night bookings at weekends and at peak periods

we make a £5 per person surcharge. For cancellations up

to two weeks before arrival we make no charge. For

cancellations after this or for guests leaving before the end

of the period booked we charge in full unless we are able

to re-let the room.

We make a surcharge for single occupancy of double

rooms.
